  Carefully repackage your items in their original protective crating and boxes to ensure the delicate finishes and materials are not damaged during transit.

  Arrange Collection

  Schedule a collection with our approved white-glove courier service or use a tracked, insured shipping provider to return the goods to our central warehouse.

  Inspection and Refund

  Once our artisans have inspected the returned piece for quality assurance, we will process your refund or exchange within 7 to 10 business days.
