Most of our handcrafted pieces are made to order. Standard lead times range from 6 to 10 weeks, depending on the complexity of the finish and current workshop capacity.
Do you offer international shipping for large furniture items?
Yes, we ship globally. Large items are crated securely and sent via specialist white-glove couriers to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.
Can I request a custom finish or fabric for my order?
Absolutely. We pride ourselves on bespoke craftsmanship. You can choose from our range of signature finishes or provide your own material (COM) for upholstery projects.
What is your return policy for home decor products?
Standard stock items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. However, please note that bespoke, made-to-order, or customized pieces are non-refundable.
Are your lamps compatible with international electrical standards?
Yes, we can wire our lighting fixtures to meet the specific electrical regulations and voltage requirements of your country, including UL listing for US projects.

We recommend dusting lightly with a soft, dry lint-free cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners, as these can damage the delicate hand-applied patinas.
